Влияние моющих средств марки "Рапин" на качество промывки доильного оборудования

Abstract

Обработка внутренних поверхностей доильного оборудования 1%-ным раствором метил(3,3,3-трифторпропил)дихлорсилана и применение моющего средства отечественного производства «Рапин САХ» снижают их бактериальную обсемененность на 53,6% (Р<0,01) - молокопровод и 16,5 % (Р>0,05) - ванны-охладители молока в сравнении с контролем. In conditions of increasing competition for milk production, the quality of the products that is directly dependent on the level of sanitization of the milking equipment becomes more important. The company SPC «Navigator» is one of the leading manufacturers of professional cleaning and disinfecting products under the trademarks «Rapin» and «Navisan» in Belarus. In this connection, our research aimed to study the quality of the washing of milking equipment with the modification of its internal surfaces with silicone compounds based on dimethyl-dichlorosilane and the use of a domestic detergent «Rapin SAX». Treatment of the internal surfaces of the milking equipment with a 1% solution of methyl (3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) dichlorosilane and the use of the detergent «Rapin SAX» reduces their bacterial contamination by 53,6% (P <0.01) - the milk line and 16, 5% (P> 0.05) - milk cooling containers in comparison with the control.
